Crisis mode has become a way of life. But the costs of the crises are mounting. The Redemptive Onramp is a quick, self-guided tool that helps us escape the crisis trap. I encourage you to start by going through it.
7 Steps In The Redemptive Cycle
The Redemptive cycle contains 7 basic steps. When you go through the steps, you’ll be given the option to sign up for an email overview. That overview covers each of those steps over 7 days.
You can always go through the Redemptive Onramp again any time you have a problem you’d like help solving. Each step of this course will help you get more out of that process.
As you become familiar with the steps, and the reasons they work, you’ll be able to integrate these principles into more situations. Once you can escape crisis mode yourself, you can begin to help others do the same.
As you can imagine, there’s a lot more behind this, but the most important thing is that you can put it to work right away. All of the research I and others have done isn’t worth much if it can’t change how real people function in the real world.
In addition, I am deeply indebted to the work of others who have helped me get here. Visit my resources page for more information on who they are, and to link to their sites.
Escape the Crisis Trap
Crisis mode may have become the normal mode for many people, but it doesn’t have to be. The first step to escape crisis mode is to get out of it yourself. Then you can recognize it in yourself and others.
The second step is learning how to respond to crisis mode when you see it.
The Redemptive Onramp can help you do both.
